Bed Frame BenchTLD Member Cindy used an idea from our Weekly Specials to turn this old bed frame into a bench! It turned out beautifully! Dragon Mural at Success AcademyMural artist John Gingrich uses paint from The Loading Dock to paint beautifully detailed murals. He painted this dragon mural at Success Academy, a school for kids with discipline struggles in Baltimore, MD as part of a volunteer project. The dragon symbolizes inner turmoil, fearful to confront but ultimately beautiful and light. Décor to a-DOORTLD member Julie has created beautiful and practical accents for her home using old doors from The Loading Dock's warehouse. These ARE the droids you're looking for.These were created by Owen and Sasha for a Star Wars themed birthday party! Party-goers made droids out of things found at TLD. Bed Spring FlagThis project was created by a client with an old bed spring from TLD and some upcycled clothing. She turned them into a flag decoration! Cat approved! This client created a beautiful table by using broken tile from The Loading Dock!Furniture made from Reclaimed LumberYou can check out more of Chris Brook's work at Baltimore Woodworking or call 443-827-7914. Beer Bottle Light FixtureCheck out Max's Taphouse, in Fells Point, to see lots of alternative uses of The Loading Dock materials. This is a using beer bottles as globes for track lighting. SOGH - Shawn TheronShawn Theron, a local artist, uses TLD doors and lumber as canvases for his art, SOGH. Check out more of his paintings on his website. Elizabeth and Charles’ MosaicsElizabeth Charles, from ooh La La Tile, create mosaics out of ceramic tile from TLD. These re-users even set their mosaic into cabinet doors. Refreshed FurnitureLong-time TLD member Bobby created these incredible vanities for his family out of old desks and mirrors from our warehouse. He also made the mosaic patio table farther down on this webpage! Wow!
