The Art Cart Derby & Art by the Pint is a collaboration between the Southeast CDC, Creative Alliance, Banner Neighborhoods, The Laughing Pint, The Loading Dock, Communities for All Ages, Highlandtown Main Street, the Highlandtown Community Association, and dedicated residents of the greater Highlandtown Community.
